Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lesman-Instrument-Co R1T185L483-018-00-8HN63 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Shimaden products, including obsoleted and phased-out Merlin-Gerin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ovation product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Shimaden such as the SR20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 54442 manufactured by Merlin-Gerin and we are pleased to be able to service most Merlin-Gerin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1X00416H01WH52FF by Manufacturer Ovation as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Moog Brand 6075TE2B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Shinko such as PC935SM equipment made by Shinko have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Shinko products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Shinko" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CQM1IPS02 made by Omron as well as the popular MTCA original spares produced by Melcor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4041B by Mtl and PC935SM spares by Shinko are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6ES54828MA13 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
